I say it like KOH-ZOH.. but is there a correct or widely-accepted way?
According to Wikipedia this is I believe the romanized spelling?

I can see how Chozo came from the above but I don't know how you'd say Chozo in japanese based on the above or how that would affect the English way of pronouncing the English word...
Cho (as in chosen)
zo (as in Z in zoo, O in chosen).
is how I've always pronounced it, always heard it pronounced.

yea just Cho-Zo is how i do it as well, just how it looks you know ;)
I pronounce it: Cho-zoh
Cho (As in 'chosen')
Zo (As in 'zone').
