it looks so ugly on the 3ds. I don't know what it is. All my other DS games look fine, but the stretched pixel art looks alsdkfajkdf and the small resolution is so lasjdflkjasdf
This game and all DS games will look like that on a 3DS. It's a good thing I still have my DSi with me.

So does this mean we'll never get a chance to battle. ;_;
I heard. It's another reason (besides the lack of games) that I wasn't too excited to get the 3DS. I'll stick with my DSi for now.
Black/White is the only DS game I've played on the 3DS that made me want to immediately use my regular DS Lite again.
Hehe, I guess it's good that I waited then.
I still plan to hold on to my DS Phat so that I can play my GBA games along with Pokemon.
Oh, wait... Pixel art... Yes, I think games that don't rely too heavily on pixels will be just fine.

Yes, just as I thought.
That's why I don't trade in my old systems. I still have my DS lite and will be keeping my DSi.

As do I.
DS Phat is the only DS I have ever had since launch.
I will never part with it.
Unless of course it breaks or something.
zomg chill out guys. just do this.
I saw that vid on youtube and laughed myself off.

Doesn't that zoom it a bit funny though?
Just tried it to RIGHT way (press Start and Select AFTER choosing the game).
The screens are smaller than I thought.
I think I saw it shrink on my friend's 3DS.

Because it's beauty and epicness is too much for 3DS to handle.
You gotta take into account all the things that rely on Pixels in B/W. Not just sprites, you also have the HP bar (Might those names be a little challenging to read) And the small pixel-based bext in the bag and party screens. And those little Pokemon menu sprites.
Pokemon wasn't made to be zoomed.
Yeah, basically.
Don't forget that the 3DS's processors are completely different from the DS's processors. They're both ARM11, which probably can do what the ARM9 could do, but not as naturally.
You're pretty much stuck with it for now.
No one should ever rid themselves of they're old products unless they really need to.
This is why I'm not getting a 3DS yet.
I thank God for my patience.

Its not because you're poor as hell. ◔ ◡ ◔
His money is under the server's possession now.
I wonder if this is one of those things that's in the instruction manual for the 3DS?
Nah, I don't think so.
Otherwise there wouldn't be Youtube videos on it.

Except no one reads the manual.

I usually only read manuals to learn about things that are very important.
Something like this sounds minimal, but can cause an issue at points.
