I would say it's because he has 3 people dominated as Medic, but he could have simply switched to Medic than took that screenshot, or got assist dominations.

On the previous map I think I made that Furrio guy cry a little. He called me a "faggoty pro" and that we should lock the servers to keep them out.

Most of these aren't spectacular, but hey, screnshots are screenshots. There's a bunch of them of when we stopped the train on Well in the NSF server. Good times.
