Travelling to different regions?

So far, Gold/Silver and such have been the only games with more than one region, and more than one set of badges. In later generations, there is usually an island or something that has taken the post-game place.
So in Black/White, do you want to see a return to an older region? Maybe a choose between the other 4 regions?

Yes.  YES!  What kind of lame restriction is an island in a world with boats anyway?  In Black/White, they should have a boat lift to Hoenn/Sinnoh.

I would imagine that the excuse they would come up with (if forced to answer) is passport issues.
