The only problem with doing that is the fact that TVTropes eats up time similar to how Nintendo eats up money.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's common knowledge that 1st-4th gen are based on regions of Japan; although, it's interesting to see them literally put in their place on that map. Hoenn is sideways!!! I always knew there was something wrong with that place...

think the new area will be the peninsula and island area on the north side?

also what's that red block to the southwest of Sinnoh?

I'm fairly certain that an article was translated revealing that the new area, Isshu, is in an area "far away, requiring boat or plane to get to." That, combined with the new kids' clothing, makes people guess that it may be in America.

Whatever it is, it will have to be near water, you know how they love to have surf areas. For some reason I'm thinking Mexico near the Gulf of California (if in America), or maybe around Florida.
