EJ is making all the decisions now. Staff was suppose to pick next mod, that didn't happen. And we got stuck with someone we didn't want. Plus he's been acting like a real jackass lately.

Oh. I wonder now about ONE-OF-THREE's demodding... Kita?

The whole incident with kita mad me off. No a lot of the staff are mad because R_Y was modded.

I wasn't too angry about it, because I hadn't seen too many of her posts previously to make any judgment.

Modding your friends, though, isn't always the wisest decision, because you don't know how long they'll be active, or if they're truly fit out to be a mod. EJ had posted a thread to give us a chance to suggest new mods, and a few days later, he picks not only someone who happened to be his friend, but someone who wasn't brought up at all in the thread (as far as I know).

If you remember the big deal with that  EJR person PMing porn pics yesterday, one of the mods floated a thread telling users to add him to their blocked PM lists and I made a post on the end mentioning that it'd be good to do until an *admin* handles it. A little while later, R_Y makes a post: "I'll look into it, assuming I'm not too late," something like that.

She wasn't a horrible mod...but she just couldn't take criticism very well at times, and now...she's gone.

But yeah, assuming there's gonna be another staff meeting, I probably won't be the only one with similar ideas to bring up.

Frankly, he doesn't deserve to be head admin, he deserves to be BANNED if that is true.

Yeah, it was a different account altogether. I'd already disabled his posting rights, but it didn't take him long to find another way around it ;p

It'll be interesting to see the next few picks for Knight. I can only hope they'll work out well.

Next mod he is hiring is shucklestar. If he would have asked the staff, I would have told him I modded with him on another board, and they kicked him off for a very good reason. I mean it only took one thread for me to get rid of R_Y, and I was only telling her, the mistakes she was making. It took me a couple of threads to get rid of other mods. She isn't strong enough to be a mod, if shes going to act like that everytime someone makes a thread on her that isn't good, she doesn't need to be a mod. She was better as a regular user, I've seen what shes done before, and I don't like it. Byt EJ didn't think to ask us before he made his choice. Which annoyed me and Queen. We got even more annoyed when he said he was going to be hiring friends in the future, so treat them kindly. Yet he wants us to work as a team, but we can't do that, if he is forcing us to.

EJ will start getting outside people to help him with NS2 who are just as bad as he is. 90% of the current staff will be fired and more people will be banned and EJ will no longer have Nsiders running NS2. He will get people who don't know a thing about Nsiders to run NS2. It will be like living in a cage. Only the stupid people don't know how to leave.

Raymond is very frustrated with EJ yet he still listens to him and does anything he wants him to. Raymond could fix some of the problems, but he is to passive and afraid to loose his job on NS2. I asked him to un-ban me and several people and he said he will need to check with EJ or else he would get banned. This just goes to show you how bad things are. If you go against King EJ, you will get banned.

A person should not have to be/feel afraid of losing there jobs by going out against somebody
who is obviously in the wrong (IMO).

I understand Raymond's predicament because I'd be doing the same thing he's doing if I was
in his shoes.

Did EJ really send porn to members? If so, and his host finds out, don't expect NS2 to come back.
