Title: Games on your hard disk.
Post by: Mario583 on June 20, 2009, 09:11:37 PM
What if, for some reason, Valve went out of business and that there was no more Steam

We wouldn't be able to run the games like Assassin's Creed if we bought it via Steam, we would have to buy the original.

ITT, what would you do if something like this happened and every game in existance can be bought on Steam.

I'm all for buying games through retail stores, that way we could play them anytime we want.

I don't have Steam lol

PC gaming isn't my thing, as while I have the comp(s) to do so, consoles just feel right.

I play WoW though.

Use steam's offline mode.

Most Likely Offline mode.

Most Likely They would make it so you could put the Disk on a DVD and it would work exactly like the retail version.

I don't see steam going anywhere though.

I guess Offline mode.

If not, the only other option is to buy the game.
