Only a hand full of people seen his face and only world leaders know of his existence. He reviles his face to the Japanese police in order to gain to trust to help catch the criminal know as Kera(spelling?). The amine follows Kera who is the top rated student in Japan who finds a magic note book that gives any one who he writes there name it a heart attack.
