And i know a lot do suck but 99% of them were hard to make requests

Yea, it is a tad mean, but he did say no offence... Eventhough, saying most people on this forums suck at mutations isn't a good thing to do, seeing a lot of them have recently started or havn't been doing it as long as you. If your say something sucks, then be sure have a better reason.

Rhydon and Moltres - yes, these are actually mutations of other Pokémon sprites to make existing Pokémon.
