Heres a cool little trick.
As Sonic, you can use his recovery form the ground.
If you use Down A, his dart kick thing, and then hit Up B again near the end of the kick he will automatically do another recovery.

This can be done fairly fast, if practiced.

I like laying a spring on the ground then using the Dair but aiming so you land on the spring. Its fun.

It basically works the same way, because you never hit the ground.
