"Echoes" is a much creepier Pink Floyd song, because of the whale singing in the middle of it.

But for creepiness, Aphex Twin always tops everything else on my list. Several songs by him creep me out to no end. The very strange, childish vocals in "Come to Daddy, Little Lord Faulteroy Mix" especially give me the creeps.
