I'm in search for a new album, something that kinda sounds like Queens of the Stone age, Bush, STP, Soundgarden, somewhere along those lines.

Halp me?  :(

major tom

HELLYES, GRUNGE!

Oh, if you like Soundgarden and STP, then I'd suggest Mother Love Bone, and its predecessor Malfunkshun. Alice in Chains and Mudhoney are great, too. I'm assuming you already like or have heard of Pearl Jam and Nirvana?

Hero_Of_Time1

Yeah, of course, I know of them lol.
What album do you recommend from Mother Love Bone/ Malfunkshun and Mudhoney?

major tom

Malfunkshun has only one album, Return To Olympus. It's kinda rare, but I've found a RapidShare and you can probably find torrents of it as well.

Mother Love Bone was the band Malfunkshun's singer formed after Malfunkshun broke up. They only made one EP and one full album before he died. There's also an album that's both of those in one.

Mudhoney, I haven't listened to too much. Their self titled album and Every Good Boy Deserves Fudge are good, though.

Well, Audioslave is good. Especially since Chris Cornell is the singer. :P

I suggest thier first self-titled album.

Yeah, got a hole bunch of Audioslave.

Thanks for the suggestion, more are welcomed. :)

Do you also listen to Temple of the Dog? If not, get their album, it's one of Cornell's best.

Also, another band... uh, ever listened to Jane's Addiction?

You insult me D:
I grew up in the 90's man. 90's. I wasn't born in them.
Temple of the dog huh? Sounds hip.

I assumed you did.

Temple of the Dog was a small Chris Cornell project... think Soundgarden meets Pearl Jam. Really cool band. Reach Down is a song that should never end.
