I don't do any of that. My family just chills and go to church, and open presents.

I am actually pretty spoiled though. And still, the presents, because we don't do much other than that. We set up decorations, have a slightly larger than usual meal on Christmas Eve, and open presents.

Not everyone who celebrates Christmas celebrates it for the birth of Christ. Hell, some of us are smart enough to realize that's almost surely not when he was born anyway, if he existed at all.
