MS is actually really fun until you hit the point of the game where you:

1. can't do anything but pointless quests or grind

and at the same time

2. have had your skills for a long time, and they aren't getting much more powerful.

you lose inscentive to play.

I lost that at level 51, because I couldn't do the ludi party quest anymore...
