What moves could a freaking ROB have?

Besides, Sakurai lied to us on two accounts:

1. He said characters that would be vwery difficult to make movesets for woul be ATs. What moves does a ROB do? Move his arms SLOWLY and loudly?
2. ROBs were already confirmed enemies in Subspace.
