There's no offical tier list yet and probably won't be for another couple of months.

I'd personally like to learn how to do the Ice Climber's infinities. The longest chaingrab I've done is 114% but I still can't pull off a 0-death.

I want to master Shiek so I can be the ultimate Zelda player but Sheik sucks compared to melee.  Makes me sad.

FMOI, the first few tiers are basically mapped out as it were... there probably won't be too many changes to Middle through God tiers.
