Why Mecha Sonic? His whole existance is to be a clone X_X;;

Tails
Knuckles
Shadow
Robotnik
Blaze
Amy

Exactly. Not to mention Tails, Knuckles, Robotnik, and dare I say Shadow are far more important to the series than he is at this point. (Hell, even Blaze has been in more games)

What proof of research does the guy have?

NONE.

All he did was take all the removed characters, AT's, bosses, and a few characters' file names that were apparently found and said how they were gonna be playable.
