This is the worst attempt at a tier list I have ever seen.

Ike, [spoiler]Luigi, and Game and Watch[/spoiler] are WAY off IMO.  Yoshi got up there a little too much, and the creator of that list should be shot for putting Pikachu at #5 :|

jigglypuff is middle tier at best.  jiggs got majorly nerfed.

also, the list sucks for not having yoshi at/near the bottom.

also, samus got majorly nerfed, and is mediocre at best.

Her air game was buffed a bit, although her tilt was nerfed.
Sleep was kind of nerfed, but oh well.

Its not as strong, and harder to hit with IMO, but her air game always was her strong point.
And Rollout isn't an instant kill if you miss =p
