The designer of the Zelda games (can't remember his name) was interviewed, and in the interview he was asked about Ganon and Shiek appearing in Brawl, and he said he had already made character models and sent them to Sakurai, at his request.

I read taht he only said that there was a high chance. I hadn't heard the character model part (although that's not a far stretch...considering they're basicaly using the models from TP in the game...)

Probably just increase the poly count and make everything a few shades darker thand that'll probably do it  ;D
