I honestly expected more than 35, I don't know why.

EVERYBODY expected more then 35.
The Character Roster IMO was one of the most disappointing features of SSBB.

EVERYBODY expected more then 35.
The Character Roster IMO was one of the most disappointing features of SSBB.

Some characters were hard to license, and some were too hard to make a moveset for.

Sakurai has been quoted specifically saying that Ridley was too big and there were no memorable characters from Animal Crossing.

And I guess he didn't care when it came to Geno, even though he was #2 on a poll of most wanted.  :(
