Biweeklies aren't tourneys. Biweeklies are smashfests that happen ever other week.

At the game store we have a tournament every month. So far there have been a crap load of Halo's(Another tomorrow), 2 Smash tourny's(I've won both :D), some Guitar Hero's(I got owned first round) and other small random ones.

Never that many people, but it is nice to get $50 for playing a game.
