I say it needs a better font. With more random effects. I don't know anything about that kinda stuff though.

Glad you like it. And yeah, I agree, there are a few too many boards. The lesser active ones will be cleaned up as more people sign up and post more.
Right. Considering it's brand new it won't be long before chaos ensues.
My suggestions for whoever is all moderating: don't make decisions based on emotions. If you are angry it's better to sign off than to do something rash and have to deal with the consequences. Maybe you'll still be able to pull out of this successful :)
Have clear cut rules from the start.
Enforce them without bias.
Be friendly and welcome people.
Don't try to clone Nsider. Be like nsider, not an nsider clone. We do not need to have every single little rule that Nsider had.
Those are just my ideas, take them for what they're worth :)
The Wii boards should be wiped out to make a single General Wii Discussion, the Wifi section must be trimmed, and Epic Center should make its much lauded return.
Also, Gamecube and Gameboy need to added in the description of the Legacy board.
As for first impressions, much better. Congratulations.
