You need seven. :) Just go out and get the rest, then come back. After talking to him, the Lolikov balls will show up on your map as orange dots.

I can't get close enough then she does mulitple shots in a row.

At the spot where she starts shooting multiple times in a row, go to the left and keep going up until you see a telephone pole. Hit it and it will knock over the rest and damage the cannon. Then, just run up to her and you will win.

Yeah I just noticed that after I posted my question.
Anyone notice that the females are harder than the males?
I never lost to a male character and at least one loss for every female.
