so with the wii u $1 upgrade service
can you upgrade ANY game?
or just the ones that come out
like can i upgrade megaman x2 to be played on gamepad
or just the ones released on wii u virtual console

I think you can only upgrade to a game that's on the Wii U virtual console, meaning you'll be waiting a long time for N64 games.

On the "bright" side, Miiverse is now computer-accessible.

Does it really run faster now?

I actually haven't plugged in my Wii U in a while for reasons I can't quite remember.

Finally got it. It is indeed faster, though not as fast as I was hoping for.

Also, I really hope we get N64 games on the shop soon; I want to upgrade the four that I have on my Wii channel.

Speaking of which, if you hold "B" on the game pad during start-up, you can go directly to Wii Channel. Best new feature.

Oh, that's great. I thought it was awful how long it took to get to the Wii Menu if I just happened to want to use the backwards compatibility. That's nice.

Its plenty fast. When I boot up my 360, it takes longer to get to the dashboard than it does for the Wii U now, which is a good thing.

anyway i wish they would hurry up with this VC stuff, i wanna play super metroid on my gamepad

What.

I know. I'm super hype.

Relevant: I never finished Metroid Prime 1 when I first owned it, but I just rebought it for $10, case, manual, and all.
