In all honesty, it's the self-confidence.
I wasn't confident in ANYTHING when I was 16.
I said intercourse  it and decided to change that.

Now, I'm a very loud, awesome person who's pretty darn confident in everything.
Feels good man.

The key is, just pretend until one day, you aren't pretending anymore.
