what does "brawl (waiting)" mean?

It means there is still room to join, but there will be a wait. If anyone can confirm this, I will lock this.

You see where it says, "Brawl Waiting" and you JOIN that Room?

Well ok, you pick your character, you pick your stage, then your sent to the Training White room.
THERE you wait until the Match in progress is over... a.k.a. "Brawl Waiting".
It even says, "Brawling" P2 and P3 and P4 in the training room which means that the people  there are Brawling.


Brawl Waiting- You are "Waiting" for the Current Brawl to be over before you can join it.
