I'll compare the two years, with the stuff related to Nintendo's first party games bolded.

E3 2006:
The Wii was first demoed to the public.
Super Mario Galaxy is shown for the first time.

Halo 3 gets a release date.
Gears of War is hyped.
Metal Gear Solid 4/Killzone 2 trailer.
First peek at SSBB.

"E3" 2007:
Wii Fit is announced.
Nintendo/Sony/Microsoft brag about sales.
LittleBigPlanet is announced.
Steven Spielberg announces that he is making a Wii game.
Link's Crossbow Training is announced.
Mario Kart Wii is announced, but with scarce details.

Rock Band is demoed.
Brawl gets a release date, but that didn't work out.

2006 was more of a blockbuster year.
Ok, you got me there.

But didn't we already have the wii in 06? 0_o When did the wii come out exactly?
The Wii came out November 19th 2006.

E3 2006 was in April 2006.

All I'm hoping for is a hard drive and GHIII DLC (even though that's mostly up to Activision).

I think they confirmed it in GHIV on the Wii version.

And a good idea would to release a HDD with Animal Crossing Wii.

You know, like release a very small (maybe a 1 GB) HDD with AC Wii and sell bigger options like 10 GB, and 20 GB.

ANYTHING would be nice, like I've said.
Half a gig is almost nothing and worthless...

I have an MP3 player with more memory than my Wii... >_>

all I want is DLC for Wii games (in other words, an HDD with at least 20G), because its too late for me to start getting the 360 versions of the GH games...

Yay, more Wii *Insert something here such as Fit, Play, or Sports* s***.

I wouldn't be surprised if they pulled out another Zelda game. Hopefully not another s***ty remake.
Remake?

And also, just saying, but TP wasn't that bad. Just not as good.

ohmiGAWDMETALGEEEEEEEAR.

Try telling me with a straight face that TP wasn't a huge attempt to make a new OoT that inevitably failed.

I enjoyed twilight princess quite a bit.

I want to see info on a new DS more then anything.
