Oh yeah.
I've seen many of those Yache Berry Garchomps.
It's either that or Focus Sash.

Sash wouldn't work, since it'd be switching in on SR most of the time.

I forgot about that.
If only Latias could outspeed Garchomp with Stealth Rock in play, then all it would take is one Draco Meteor to wipe it out. Unless it misses, Latias is screwed.

Also, it possible for a Salamence to outspeed a Garchomp?
Latias can outspeed Garchomp...  Base 110 v base 102.
Latias Dragon Pulse running  108 spA and timid v. standard garchomp:
282 Atk vs 206 Def & 358 HP (90 Base Power): 266 - 314 (74.30% - 87.71%)
So it really wouldn't need draco meteor.
SR does little to garchomp.

Jolly Mence can outspeed Adamant Garchomp, also non-max speed Garchomp can be outsped by max speed if they're both adamant.

Oh, okay.
I only used Draco Meteor as an example since it's the strongest Dragon-type special dealer.

Also, I know SR wouldn't do much against Garchomp.
I just thought that I'd give another example of what could be done if a Garchomp equipped with FS switched in on SR.

I believe SR is supposed to deal certain damage depending on the type it hits.

0.25x effective: 3.125%
0.5x effective: 6.25% (The amount Garchomp would take)
1x effective: 12.5%
2x effective: 25%
4x effective: 50% (That's about half the max HP, right?)

Yeah, the percentages are right.  Although even if it takes 1 damage focus sash still breaks.
Also, odd numbers are rounded down, so if you switch in twice into SR if you're 4x weak, and you have an odd HP, you get 3 switchins instead of 2.

That makes sense.
Thanks for sharing the extra info with me.
