Which ones should I get?

I already have:

Mario Kart DS
Kirby Squeak Squad
Star Fox Commander
Pokemon Diamond (Don't have it yet, but it's a given that I should get it.)
Phantom Hourglass (Also don't have, but another given.)

What other DS games are good?

I would also like to know if there is a Wario Ware inc. game or an Animal Crossing game for DS, as WELL as any not yet released games.

Yeah, there is a WarioWare and Animal Crossing game for the DS.  There are quite a lot of good 3rd party games to choose from as well.
