The Hunger Games
   The book that I will be informing you about in my book talk today is The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. This book is about a young girl named Katniss Everdeen, who grew up in Panem which is the future North American. She has to support her sister and mother because her father died in a mining accident. In the book you learn about the Hunger Games. The Capitol or the government of Panem Each section of Panem, called Districts. All districts must take part in The Hunger Games. It is a brutal game in which the 24 contests from the twelve districts must fight to the death against each other. Katniss must now compete in the Hungry Games against the other challengers. The question is can she survive? I assure you this book is filled with action, suspense, science fiction, and even a little romance. I hope you will enjoy reading The Hunger Games as much as I did.
