he's dead.  after being shot with the harpoon, he grabbed a grenade (dunno from where) and swam outside the station.  he pulled the pin while he was by the window, killing himself, and causing charlie to seal himself inside the room and supposedly drown (it hasn't shown him dead yet though).

he's talking about all the loose ends that they need to clean up within the next two seasons.  Polar Bear?  WTF?

I can't see the show running much past this coming season.  It's already starting to drag a bit.
