Is because they are the same moves of Ness :( and maybe Ness won't make it.

If clones come back, then that will be more unnecesary and for the Ridley fan, you're eating Samus body.

That "clone thing" is a topic we all have been talking about, take Pichu for instance, he has the same moves as Pikachu but, IS REALLY NECESARY DAMAGING HIMSELF EVERY TIME HE USES ELECTRIC ATTACKS?
Newsflash, I believe that Sakurai's journal stated that everybody would have their own moveset in brawl. There won't be clones. Ness doesn't have a green power ball thingy on his foot like in some of the pictures. They are different. And Sakurai even gave us a hint that Ness would be in. Just read Lucas's character profile.

Good points, i am in favor of thinking ness is back, i mean, he WAS in the other two smash games...
That screenshot of Lucas with the snake is from a scan of a Japanese magazine, which is why only a few people (yeah right) have seen it.
If I'm up to date, it's Duster's rope snake (from Mother 3). Possible grab or tether recovery, perhaps?
