FACT OR FICTION?
Sakurai will reveal all of the character before launch.
I say FICTION. He might leave some characters for us to unlock on our own. ;)

I also agree with you saying fiction because I don't think Sakurai will want us to know all of the character about Brawl, along with all of the items, music, ect. He wants us to be surprised too, so he will leave some stuff for us to explore and find out on our own. The Brawl updates are just a nice thing that we got just like screenshots for a game, but even better! :)
