1. I pushed my stomach out to make it look fatter.
2. The pants were VERY tight in the waist, thus making me look even fatter.

that was the original plan but I rushed it that morning and screwed it up, so actually, the hair turned out to be a simplified 2D version of the 3D plan.  However, it looks somewhat 3D from the front.
