I thought Sakurai said no characters that would be hard to make movesets for.

And I can't think of anyone harder to make a moveset for than ROB.

We have a floated spoiler thread for a reason :) You have this discussion in that thread already, it only makes sense to leave it there :)

As it is, ROB is an....interesting addition. It really worries me that we won't see 40 characters, and that he is just filling in a slot for a much deserved character.
