Dragonite or Salamance ?

Salamance has better HP, Attack, Sp. Attack, and Speed, but Dragonite has better Defense & Sp. Defense. As for moves you can look at them and see which would be better suited for your team.  :)

I like Dragonite more. Too many people use Salamance.

Dragonite has better Defense and Sp. Def and Can also learn different moves.
Salemence has better Atk and sp. Atk. and can learn Moves like Flamethrower to protect it's Ice type weakness.

But most Ice types aren't use for competitive battles anyway. Flamethrower wouldn't really help against a Blissey with Ice Beam or something like that :O
