Preferably an event or at the least legit and untouched.  I can trade a Toys R Us Shaymin for it.  I'll post the info if anyone's interested.

Also, if you would clone one for me or let me clone one off my flashcard, that would be even better, you'd still get that Shaymin.  :)

I could also give you an Arceus if you'd like.

Pokésav and a flash card.  I would open up the save file on my laptop and extract it as as a .pkm file, making a copy of the Pokemon.  It's the same thing I'm doing with the Arceuses from the TRU event.  It will be 100% safe.
