Nintendo has officially confirmed the console!

All of the rumors have said analog sticks so far, I've seen nothing about slide pads. I don't know why they would be right about the 6 inch screen and not the sticks.

But why would they choose Mid 2012 for launch?
Early 2012 would make better sense.

I'll pre-order on Amazon again if they do it like the 3DS. Simple to order and ship, and I can do next day if I really want it. I'm through with midnight launches for things. I'm too old for that poop. *remembers all of the Gamecube, Wii, and PS3 pains*

Once everything is shown and i can see the system and what it does, or know how much it'll cost, i'll see if it's worth it.
Right now if it's really going to be $400 it'll take some real persuading for me to purchase, i'm sure once it's shown off i'll be more intrigued.
