Yeah, im still working on the moveset, but otherwise I believe it to be a solid set. I also need to know the best places to train all of those Ev's in Emerald  ::).

Does it still have Bulk Up? You may want to keep it if it does.
I suggest Dragon Claw and something to cover one of its weaknesses... Thunderbolt, maybe? I know it's an attack tank, but it doesn't really have any other good Physical attacks besides Earthquake in Emerald.

Well I have Pearl now, so I can use those moves.

Okay then... If you migrate it to Pearl, then I suggest: Earthquake, Eruption, Stone Edge, and Bulk Up.
