Touhou 7 on Lunatic mode.  I use Marisa, and I consider her attack in PCB a lot less effective than in Imperishable Night, so coupled with the ridiculous difficulty, I don't get very far at all ;_;

Also up there is Nanostray.  Harder than Iridion 3D >.<
