Yes, bosses in normal levels count...what is your favorite?

Chief Chilly. Although if Paper Mario were counted, then Jr. Troopa. Along with Fawful.

really? my favorite bosses were: bowser 3 on galaxy, and for the rpg series: popple and rookie, and the KOOPA BROS.!
