...But the way I got it was a little odd. Around 3:30 today, my sister texted me this:
QuoteYou're getting your xmas present from me today. Are you excited? It's big.
I
was pretty excited, because I interpreted "big" to mean "really expensive". Like...a laptop! :)
Instead, she pulls up around 5:00 with a truck. And in the back of that truck...a couch. From Goodwill.
Which she got for $30. AND IT WAS FLORAL PRINT. ;___;
But I had a couch slipcover, so that didn't matter too much. Actually, I'm grateful for it, because my other couch is, well, beat-up. Cushions are threadbare on one side from years of asses sitting on 'em, the armrests have foam poking out, and the wooden supports on the bottom are so broken that I have to support them with coffee cans. :D
So yeah, I now have my old couch sitting in the backyard. We're officially ghetto. YEEHAW.

I spend all that time taking pics and uploading and nobody cares. ):
Um, that flower print is awesome, in an extremely I'm-a-cool-indie-kid-who-thinks-generally-strange-or-agreeably-unfashionable-things-are-pretty-much-awesome type way.
