I only do it when I play through the game the second time and try to get EVERYTHING.
That and sometimes if I like the game enough, I buy it just to improve my strategies. :robothappy:
If I can't find one online I will.
Not anymore, I don't.
I will, however, buy art books or the like.
I haven't bought any recently.
I sometimes do. Pokémon Diamond/Pearl was my last one.
Sometimes though I often regret them.
The only guides I really care about are the Pokedex ones for Pokemon games and other collections lists for games with many items like Animal Crossing and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles.

Yeah.
I'm getting one for SMG just so I know where all of the stars are and one for COD4 just for multiplayer strategies. :)

Same here.
I only have the Twilight Princess one for the Wii
I buy them and never read them.
Yes. I have a lot of strategy guides.
no, but I've gotten them through subscription renewals and the such (I have F-Zero GX, Ocarina of Time & Super Paper Mario).
Yeah, I like game guides. Nintendo Power's really great at it too.
nah, with the internet, why bother?
With free online guides why would I? The only guides I have are Twilight Princess and Phantom Hourglass guides from Nintendo Power.
Normally.
