Title: The old days
Post by: Viewtifulboy on December 08, 2007, 03:12:07 PM
Do you remember the old days?  I remember watching the animated series of Aladdin.  Watching the old Digimon series.  Watching One Piece before it suddenly became a P.O.S.  Awakening every saturday morning craving for the next episode of Viewtiful Joe to come on.... Those were the days.  What do you remember?

Watching Legends of the Hidden Temple, GUTS, Finders Keepers, Catdog, Kablaam, and Oh Yeah! Cartoons. :robotveryhappy:

Also, the new One Piece is much more faithful to the original.

DEGRADING?

When a company like 4Kids cuts as much as they do from an anime that was once great to turn it into a shell of its former self, I consider that desecration of an art form. :|

I also saw spanish Dragon Ball Z. It was slightly better than the english version.

I remember when television was actually good, instead of a race to see how many fart jokes or controversial innuendo they could jam into a 30 minute period.
