I want to copy a USB driver for my modem to a different computer. I lost the disc to install it, is there a way to copy it and the program to run it?
Flash drive?
I know I can copy the files for the program, but will it run as if I installed it? What about the driver? Can I copy that?
Stiiiiiill waiting for an answer :)

Well, can't you just download the driver from the company's website then put it on a flash drive?
No, I want the driver for my modem.
I really need an answer. Please answer.
Getting bored here :|
I don't think anyone understands the question, much less how to help you. >.>
That sucks >.>
Question is that he wants to take the Windows driver files for one device currently installed on one computer and use those files to copy the installation to another computer.
That is, assuming you use Windows. Also, if you do use Windows, is it 2000, XP, or Vista?

No, I want the driver for my modem.
I know that, moron. Since you obviously have some form of internet access, go to the company's website, download the driver, put it on a flash drive, and take the flash drive to the other computer.
What kind of modem is it?
It's a cell phone modem. I use Windows XP on this computer, but I want to copy it to 2000 ME

There's no such thing as Windows 2000 ME. There is Windows 2000 and Windows ME, but 2000ME doesn't exist. And if you have either of those, time to get a new computer, or get Linux.
It's one or the other, and I like that OS. It's like a walk down memory lane, it fills me with nostalgia :)
Anyway, I'm not sure, but I think it's ME.

I don't think the trip down memory lane is worth it with ME.

Only if you're suicidal.
It's 2000, I checked.
Still time to get Linux.
