when the power went out very suddenly. Then I spilled my root beer and finished my pizza and lighted a candle and was replacing some batteries when the power went on, followed soon after by the cable/phone/Internet. Yay.

This story made me laugh hysterically for some reason >_<
Also, I've been on Nsider making an extensive post many a-time when the power has went out.
One was a really spammy post, which miraculously got through RIGHT BEFORE THE POWER WENT OUT.
So I was banned -_-
That happened to me last week and I forgot to set my alarm after that. :0(

Mabe a year or two ago. But we have some small power outages that last a couple of seconds every now and then.
I had one just last night. It was a quick one, less than 5 seconds, but we had to restart a few things.

We barely get any Winter storms in St. Louis. :(
i happend a few days ago...he had a brown out, and my mom's computer restarted (because it lost power then the power came back on) my laptop didn't have a batterie D: but because the transformer had enough juice for 3 secs it stayed on.
didn't have internet for a about 30min's though :(

We've had 2-3 this winter so far. Either lots of wind and rain or heavy snow. And when mixed all that extra weight and water really can damage buildings and power lines.
But I live by the ocean so its sort of expected to get that type of weather now and then. :P
Once every 4 days or sometimes even once a day. My grandma can't intercourse ing remember to not us the water boiling machine thing and the microwave in the same time !
