1. NSF.net uses SMF, they use IPB.
2. NSF.net has one small ad, not 5,000 huge flash banner ads all over the page.
3. I actually know who you guys are. (ex. JMV, Snorkel, Riosan, etc.) At NS2 I don't remember half of them from the original NSider.

We as admins and mods aren't robots.

Seriously, we post in threads normally and usually won't delete without a valid reason.

The admins aren't compulsive liars, trying to make money off the site, adding many pointless things to slow down the server, or taking the site down every Wednesday during peak hours for maintenance. :)

I like this place better because you acutally give reasons for locking topics.

Instead of just ":\"

1. It's got me. ;o
2. Much less downtime.
3. If we do have downtime, we at least try to explain what happened, and fix it quickly.
4. No ads...yet.
5. Fast load times.

7. Not a ton of crap features.

I love this place because it's like a traditional forum us old school NSider's would make....

also, I prefer the notification message telling of a new PM better than the in-page popup thing at NS2

Yeah, the only reason I go there is because there are so many people on there.

1)  We dont have those moronic trauma center ads
2) there arent as many annoying people here
3)  there arent a lot of noobs on the pokemon diamond and power on board

1. You actually get to know the mods and admins well here (as in they don't seem like robots)
2. The mods and admins there are corrupt beyond reason (but the mods and admins here are very uncorrupt)
3. Many of the people here are intelligent.
4. There aren't so many ADS!!!!!!!
5. The pages here load faster.
6. There aren't as many gimmicks here.  Here there are true blue FEATURES.
7. They got rid of all the mods with EXPERIENCE.
8. They combined the Metroid and Metroid Prime HUnters boards (big mistake IMO.  THose boards DON'T MIX), but they aren't combined here :)

LOL!  Your post is funny!  That's why I said number 1.  Also, you guys seem to be less corrupt and have more experience than the ones at NS2.

I went to their serious discussion board the other night, and I wanted to cry.

It's more peaceful here... everything's at a calmer pace, which is what I need after 12 hours of school, not an everlasting war with other members; that's why I only visit NS2 late at night.

My sole purpose in being here was to see Nsider 2 crumble to the ground, because
of what they did in the past.

I suppose it's something I'll never forgive "him" for.

This place doesn't have Ej. Seriously ... I have no idea what he is thinking most of the time. I put in an idea or 2 before and he more or less said no, but then a few weeks later,  I see those ideas coming alive as his ideas .... That is one of the many many many reasons why I stepped down from being a KOH over there. And yeah, there is no reason what so ever for there to be a battle/market/blog/video in that forum. 90% of the time, they break those features on their own.
