I think thats a friend token, you have to register some friends and receive tokens from them.

I traded all of my friend vouchers (20) yesterday and it was worth the time going online and finding people to trade with. In the extras section I unlocked a ton of awesome stuff, the coolest of which included a screenshot tool that lets me snap still images of my game and store them, some way cool dioramas, and a ship bumper sticker feature! The bumper sticker feature makes cool decals show up on your ship which are based on whatever save data u have on your wii. Now Samus' ship on my game has a big Legend of Zelda logo on the nose! If I could figure out how to get the images from my wii to my PC I would post them on here.

It's allmost impossible unless you mod your Wii
Well, you can email computers with Wiis, maybe you can send pictures too?
