Prolly not, unless you want one of those "Beginner" guitars. :P

Even still, it would probably be $150.

No, not good quality at all at least.
I'm actually saving up for a guitar too, see my thread.

no, you couldn't even buy a guitar. the most basic electric would cost again, about $150, and a package would be like $220. At least, that was years ago when i had my fender. i was good at it, then i quit, and my parents sold it and hated me for quitting.  :(

Of course, it isn't the BEST one out there!

Why would you buy a guitar for just $100? Hell, mine is sub-par quality at $250. A Squier, and I regret blowing money on it every day. I wish I'd known about Mexican Fenders back then.

Even though I bought it cheap, it's still reliable, durible, and sounds pretty good!

Although, with my cheesy ass amp, it doesn't sound to great. Not to mention I'm just STARTING to learn how to play!

You must not be too concerned about achieving certain sounds, then.

Not really at the moment.

I'm trying to play the first minute of Bron Yr Aur.

God darn! That's a VERY hard song!

I've never bothered with it. I don't usually bother trying to learn real songs because I'd rather make my own.

I did however learn most of Stairway to Heaven back during the first few months of owning my current guitar. I just kinda stopped when I got to the solo, because I didn't feel like trying that hard.

Other than that, the only Zepp material I know is short riffs from various songs.
