yes, some people have to if they don't update their system frequently, it says it in the instruction manual

The games wayyyyyyyyy to easy.. i beat it with mario and lugi, with all 120 stars :D i wanted the game to be more challenging. :(

From the time that I played it at my friends house, I remember getting about 10-20 stars in an hour. It was fun as well.
